Today I've ate.... Bran Flakes, 2 x Tangerine, 4 x ham sandwich, a Farmfoods breakfast bar (only the best for me), chicken broth, an apple, 2 x Aldi biscuit things with Raisins and a baked potato with tuna. Supper has yet to come, but it'll probably be a couple of boiled eggs mashed up in a cup

Went into Oriental Mart today and had a Caramel Milk Tea. This time as the weather was not so good I decided to have it hot. The problem with this was is was so hot that it had weakened the plastic cup and I couldn't hold it until I put my gloves on and when I pierced the lid with the straw it spurted out onto my hand in front of Oriental people who found it quite amusing. Tasted nice which was ok but I think the next one I get I'll have it cold. Noodle.

Had another go at making Okonomiyaki. This time I was able to make 2 smaller ones and finally use the Teppanyaki grill that I bought from Aldi. This is the packet mix that I use along with the same brand Okonomiyaki sauce. The packet cost about £4.00 and the sauce about the same but if does last longer and if you're going to make Japanese food you might as well use the same stuff they do also the mayo is from a brand called Kewpie and really does taste different to western mayo. Though I would have a little fun at doing some writing. If anyone is thinking about opening a maid cafe around let me tell you this, I aint shaving my knuckles for no one, master. Noodle.

Had some Meiji Milky kiss. Vastly overpriced little chocolate squares in a fancy packaging designed to give an air of high quality but sadly doesn't cover up the fact that Meiji chocolate always tastes a little waxy. Hopefully the Green tea ones will taste better. Noodle.

Had some Garden Spring Onion crackers. Sadly most of them hadn't survived the journey and were broken. Also had some Chicaron which came from the Asian supermarket but were actually made in the UK. Sadly they were the pork ones and not the mock ones made with peas. Noodle.
Also going to be trying out some instant Matcha and Ginger drinks soon.

I've seen a video of one of these being made but it was the fast food set it looked quite interesting but I wouldn't want to eat it. Today I made up half of the Katsu curry. While it was a bit difficult to make as I'd never done it before it managed to taste ok. I also had a problem of getting the Panko to stick to the chicken breast while it cooked. I suppose the main reason could have been that I dry frying rather the deep but that was my only choice. Noodle.

As I've been suffering from a cold I've been enjoying Matcha latte with Ginger. These have actually quite a treat as the combination of Matcha and ginger has really helped me to recover. The cost of these was £3.65 for 10 sachets which might seem like a lot but it's easier to swallow then Lemsip and tastes better too. Noodle.

Sadly of late I've been slacking with my snacking so I pulled out one of these and had a go. This is one of those weird ones where you fill it up one side and then drain the water out of the other. These were quite nice and a decent portion for a snack with a nice flavour that didn't taste fishy at all, even it's beef or chicken sometimes these types of noodle just taste of fish but not this one. I can't remember how much it was but chances are I didn't pay a lot for it and as I've never had this style before I would have to say that they were pretty decent. I've another flavour to try so I'll let you know how that goes, Noodle.
