Sadly of late I've been slacking with my snacking so I pulled out one of these and had a go. This is one of those weird ones where you fill it up one side and then drain the water out of the other. These were quite nice and a decent portion for a snack with a nice flavour that didn't taste fishy at all, even it's beef or chicken sometimes these types of noodle just taste of fish but not this one. I can't remember how much it was but chances are I didn't pay a lot for it and as I've never had this style before I would have to say that they were pretty decent. I've another flavour to try so I'll let you know how that goes, Noodle. Gods, not had one of those in years - used to keep one or two in my drawer at work when I was doing a support role - never knew if I would be trapped in the office till 'late'

Picked up some Mango flavour cakes that were made in Taiwan. I'm not sure how they managed to do it but the pastry tasted like cheese and the Mango flavour had gone. The best part though, the company that made them is called "Nice choice". So if you want a cheese tasting but promising Mango snack then these really are a nice choice. Noodle.

Did Teriyaki Chicken with rice over the weekend which is the closet I get to actual cooking rather than just heating stuff up: Marinade mini free-range chicken breast fillets in teriyaki overnight in the fridge adding chili flakes to taste. Shallow fry the fillets in 1 teaspoon of olive oil turning frequently so they sear but don't burn. (Don't pour the marinade in) Add garlic powder, or fresh garlic, to taste. (Powder will dry the pan so add a small amount of the marinade to prevent it sticking) When the chicken is almost done drain any excess marinade and add 1 chopped fresh pepper, I like the orange ones, and 1 chopped fresh onion. Fry for a further 2-3 minutes to heat the onion and pepper. Serve with rice; I used lemon basmati. Enjoy

A Chinese noodle soup bowl. This was quite a large bowl really and was very spicy. Now don't get me wrong, I like spicy food but I also don't like eating while sat on the toilet. The flavour was spicy beef with pickled green mustard. So note to self, when they say spicy, they mean it. Noodle.
However bonus points for the very large folding plastic fork. Up next, Pocari Sweat in powder form?.

Had a bowl of Chinese Spicy Beef instant noodles today. I think that this bowl set the record by having 4 sachets inside and a plastic spoon. However I was to pay dearly for my enjoyment as I'm having rather a good clear out in the smallest room. Anyone got any ice?. Noodle.

Tonight's evening meal is a slightly British take on the popular instant ramen meal seen in ponyo; I've used a gammon steak instead of ham and white onion instead of spring onion (because that's what I had in the fridge!)

Had my second UFO noodle today, XO seafood flavour. Sadly I was a bit rushed making it and I tore the spouty part so I had to very careful pouring out the water. Wasn't too bad but I wished I could have enjoyed it more as I'm starting to run low on supplies. Need to get myself to Nottingham as Asiana have Mousse Milk Flavour Pocky and Giant Pocky is now only £6.35. Noodle.

If you follow the ITV tv program Britain's Best Bakeries, my local bakery, Cinnamon Square in Rickmansworth, won the Home Counties round this year, partly on the back of this It's quite large and I'll try it this afternoon/evening. The wheat sour dough in the back ground is also from there.

It seems tomorrows day of eating will be a red bean puff and 2 mochi Are you asking for a spanking because I will certainly give you a large hard one?. Your only posting these to taunt me, aren't you?. You know full well that my supplies are limited and I have barely anything eat yet here you are posting away about all this Oriental goodness that you're eating. Worst of all, you have so much that you can't eat it in a day. You Sir have made yourself an enemy for the rest of the day . Noodle.
