Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex on PS2 - I bagged a NTSC-J copy for £1.99 last week, and it finally arrived today. I shoved it in and gave it a whirl for just over and hour and I likes it. It seems like it's gonna be good for a playthrough or two at least. The only downside is the language, but the menus are in English and it's got a cool cover

Golden Sun on GBA - Finished a playthrough of this the other day and it was more than worth while. It's now one of my favorite GBA games! Final Fantasy X on PS3 - Now, the game itself is basically upscaled (obviously) and over smoothed, but the Cinematics have been remastered in a beautiful manner, which has made the experience worth while, I guess. They revamped the music as well and in my opinion, that was as pointless as a circle. In all honesty, these ''HD'' sets are nothing more than a gimmick for sales. You can emulate most of the available titles to a similar standard, if not better. With a little time and tweaking you can have almost any title looking pimp. As much as I love Final Fantasy, I'm glad I paid nowhere near full price for this. I also wish I'd got the Vita versions instead, as it seems more worth while. It should probably have been a Vita exclusive if anything.

Platinumed Lightning Returns. So that's the XIII Platinum Trilogy. Aeronite... hardest Final Fantasy boss ever? Even with (practically) infinite Overclocking and maximum stats he was always one second away from victory. On easy. Ahem. But, yeah... I think it was the best of the XIII series, but had a lot of problems. Sometimes it was really tedious and I had to use a guide to get the White Chocobo up and running since I didn't know where the heck to get the items from and the Wildlands was insanely big. And spoilers, spoilers from now on, with no spoiler tags. DO NOT READ ON FOR ENDING SPOILERS!
But yeah, XIII sub series is over until Final Fantasy XIII-4: Lightning's Adventure in France. 'Cause that's where that place in the post-credits scene was.

Final Fantasy X on PS3 - I finished the main story yesterday after sinking about 45 hours in. It is what it is, and I have a few complaints. For a start they didn't bother to add in skipping cutscenes, which is a pain if you die at a boss fight. There doesn't appear to be a way for you to go back to the game choice menu either, so you have to restart every time. To top that off, the Cinematics were great, till I got to the most memorable one and I think they were taking LSD at the time or something. They made Tidus look like he's just followed through or something.
Final Fantasy X-2 on PS3 - I'm about an hour in so far, and will probably sink a few more in today.

I am still ploughing through Borderlands 2 with my brother. I love it and have been inspired to Cosplay as a Psycho for the Manchester Comic Con. I wasn't the best at the gameplay when I first tried Borderlands so that ceased. I might play that once I've completed this. I'm also still making my way through Professor Layton & The Lost Future and really want to buy all 3 for the 3DS now that I don't own. Especially the newest release of Layton vs Wright!

I'm trying to get into VN's. Ideally they'd all be released on consoles like the PSP and DS so I can feel like Katsuragi from The Worl God Only Knows haha. I've downloaded that 4Chan Oelvn and will give that a whirl at some point. I've got a list of about 12 I've been recommended too that I might delve into if I like the one I have as being an Eng Dub preferer for anime, I'm not sure if I'm going to feel the same for VN's. I don't like any VN's that are like battle-y ones, like Persona etc. Not because I don't like them, it's cause I lose interest in anything where I have to work to level up. That's why Persona and Pokemon have never been completed by me Why so much levelling up

Goat Simulator. Quite simply the best game ever made. (Purposeful) rubbish physics abound as a goat wrecks havoc in a small community. Headbut, lick and baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa you're way to prove to these miserable humans that it is YOU who are the true king. Who put those bloody bottles there? This is what happens when you mess with me, humans.I say, fellas, what you be doing up there, then?Mary, I can fly...This is my world now.Stunning, just simply... stunning.

Final Fantasy X-2 on PS3 - Finished a story playthrough this evening. I played as 3 Dark Knights as soon as I could, which is always quite fun if you like battering everything and it's awesome if you're wanting an easier play through.
Barbie Horse Adventure: Wild Horse Rescue on PS2 - I don't mind a freebie, and to be honest I wasn't expecting anything more than a few giggles. It surprised me a lot, not the worst thing I've ever played and not the best of course. Gotta save all da Horses!
