There's an official Girls und Panzers voice pack for World of Tanks (Miho).
I've uploaded it here
You need to copy the contents of
...\game install directory\res\audio
to
...\game install directory\res_mods\0.8.11\audio
before uncompressing the two files in to there - guess you need to repeat for each update as you're copying across game sound files.
