Thought I'd do this so that we can share our own little regimens - I think this will help me keep on track too as I've just started a new project.
PROJECT ULALA
So after a few years of running in the Netflix marathon, I've gone back to trying to get fit cheaply (no gyms, no fancy diets and preferably minimal financial expenditure). A few years back (when I still had a Nintendo Wii) I would play Wii Fit once a week just to keep myself in shape. Now I have a new plan. I'm playing Stepmania! (which, for those who don't know, is a free DDR game for the PC. You can play with a keyboard or, as I am, with a USB dance mat. The best part is, you can make your own songs for it, so I've downloaded a ton of Anime intros to work out to).
Here's my master plan thus far:
Month 1: 30 Mins Novice - Easy Dancing every other day (so, 3 times a week) 5 sit ups, 5 press ups & 5 crunches every night
Month 2: 30 Mins Novice - Easy Dancing every other day 10 sit ups, 10 press ups & 10 crunches every night
Month 3: 45 Mins Novice - Medium Dancing every other day 10 sit ups, 10 press ups & 10 crunches every night
Today is Day 1. After some initial set up issues that took me an hour behind schedule, I completed a little over 30 mins of dancing and was completely exhausted. I will do my 3 core exercises in about 45 minutes, after I've had my dinner. Fingers crossed I'll be able to keep this up!

This is an awesome idea. Going back about 2 years i was pretty fit, doing all these online youtube exercise videos 5 times a week. Ive lost all motivation to do that tho it seems so this seems like a good way to get back to it. I've got an exercise bike that i can use in front of the TV and i bought Just Dance 2015 yesterday so i guess i can do that too right now work makes it a pain in the arse to exercise because i do 12hour night shifts but will think up a routine I'm likely to do tonight and then post it on here. Good luck with yours, we all should support each other if we feel like we're losing motivation
