Review: If my heart had wings, Demo

MoeNovel’s first production, “If My Heart Had Wings” is a refreshing,
yet bittersweet story of youth with elements of both romance and comedy.
Taking place in a school town in the not-so-distant future, where the main character and his female companions,
being drawn by the charm of a glider form a club and aim for beyond the clouds.
Four different tales with the various female characters will unfold
before you depending on the decisions you make within the story!

Now that disclaimer is over lets start this review...

Art

Art is the one thing that truly shines on most VN's and this does not disappoint

I Found GUI for the speech box and buttons extremely good, easy to read and overall a nice clean feel,
This is something that VN's dont usually show in art example images, so here is a quick screen shot

Story

I can only base my review on a small 2 chapter preview I have currently played, Demo is longer though
The story revolves around a young man who has been employed buy his mother (or school?) to become a dorm mother
Topically, he is a dorm mother for,, you guessed it, a female dorm so things might get interesting
The story is Noted as a School Romance, so this might interest anyone who likes the Moe/romance scene
As noted above, this has been edited from a 18 rated to a 13 rated game, this does cause issues with some scenes
either taken out, or replaced with a simple black screen, this is disappointing and imho would prefer VN's to be uncensored
Story earns a fair 7/10 based on censorship, but it might not be that bad

Game play

Dialog is nearly perfect and contains the original Japanese Language OST, with some great background tracks
Game play earns a 8/10 due to I haven't played it much

Conclusion

Should this VN be brought? Up to you really, I personally have enjoyed the demo and will be buying it soon
You will have to keep in mind that it has been Censored, but hopefully this wont effect it too much
