For those of you that aren't sure where to source asian foodstuffs from, the other forum members are here to help! I'll start I get a lot of more niche stuff (seasonal kitkats, sakuma drops, that kind of thing) from JBox's snack depot. Shipping is expensive, but the goods are nice and well varied, especially during the Sakura Festival and White Day/Valentines Day. Also, there is The Japan Centre which stocks an awesome selection of Asian beverages including Plum Wine and PROPER Sake. Where do you guys like to shop?

I purchase most of my Oriental goodness from Asiana, either at their cash and carry in St Ann's in Nottingham or in their new Metro store in Hockley. They also do home delivery and it's free on orders over £20, not tried this yet but I might. Visit www.asianaltd.com for more info. Also in Nottingham Oriental Mart they have a good store which is also in Hockley and a website but their online stock is limited. Also if you're going to Forbidden Planet in Nottingham there is a new store near there, next to the Walkabout Bar. Quite small but nice friendly staff and some decent prices. And yes I do have fun trying to get all my bags on the bus.

I also use Asiana for my testy goodness. Although this was due to noodle reccomending them. CS is great and postage fine. I did have a issue with my order but this was quickly sorted and received safely

For me, Wing Yip at Staples Corner for most my Oriental stuff. I'll hit Japan Centre if I go in to London and have ordered online from them before. Also for sweet stuff there's also Cyber Candy who are online and have shops in Brighton and near Leicester Square.
