How do you prefer reading your manga, hard copy or soft digital??
Are your bookshelves bowing under the weight of hundreds of manga volumes?? Is your Kindle memory bursting at the seams from so many downloaded manga files??
I used to be 100% hard copy manga volumes (600+ on my groaning, over-stuffed Ikea Billy) but since getting my android tablet*, I've started to download and read manga on that as well, especially some of the older series which are no longer in print, or difficult to get.
While I like the physicality of the hard copy (as with all proper books), there's no denying the convenience and immediacy of digital - I can download the manga and be reading it in seconds, and often for cheaper than the hard copy. And space-wise it's a lot more convenient!
So I'm guessing I'm around the 60/40% split, physical to digital.
* I did try reading manga on my andriod phone (HTC Wildfire) originally, but the small screen makes it a real pain to do. The 7" screen on my tab is much closer to the size of a physical manga page.

I dont really like manga on the ipad/iphone... yet. I might change my oppinion at somepoint but it doesn't really feel "right" for me But my oppinion on manga is a bit void, I only own about 8 series, most of them are in omnibus format and quite short (Cardcaptors is my longest at 4 omni's) so they dont really take up as much space I do generally prefer omnibus editions over single volumes as I find them easier to read

I do generally prefer omnibus editions over single volumes as I find them easier to read I'm not a fan of the new mega-omnibus editions... Especially the 4-vol ones like the Chobits release of a year or two back. They are just too big and unwieldy out of the house. I do read a lot of manga on my commute (can do an average vol inbound and a vol outbound), so want single vols I can hold comfortably and which don't weigh the bag down too much. Also, how easy/difficult is it to read stuff close to the inner fold without destroying the spine??

Thankfully I dont have to commute with manga so its pritty easy for me to read while sitting/laying down Also, how easy/difficult is it to read stuff close to the inner fold without destroying the spine?? urgh.. No comment Edited image, but i dont think I should be joking about this... Same here. It's a shame though as I feel like I'm not contributing to the artists. I do buy them when they become available but sometimes it just takes too long. Noodle.

I have a shelf full of hard copies, but there are some things (like Gurren Lagann: Believe) that are VERY difficult to come by in paper form. I use digital for all my scanlations as well, obviously...

Mix of both for me.
You can't beat the feel of any kind of book in the hand.
I'll read out of print or unlicensed stuff digitally.

Digital on the new Nexus 7 is also very nice.
Its also about the same size as reading a manga too.
