A 5972 and coaches from a certain film/book series;) *shakes head sadly* Mind you, my latest 2 ' Great British Locomotives' dropped through the door today, Issue #32 is a BR Standard 7 Britannia Pacific while #33 is an LMS 8F 2-8-0. Some of the static models I'm keeping for practice pieces (weathering, hacking), others have been sold/swapped. |

Found myself with Amazon vouchers, so just had to spend them ....  Kettle will heat to 80; 85; 90; 95 & 100 degrees C and also hold the temperature (80 for green tea, 95 for coffee). AeroPress is meant to make the best coffee (water at 91-96 degrees). Nespresso was reduced in price and good for when friends are around. |

MCM Haul: Large pile of comics and GNs, all from independant artists in Comic Village, including picking-up a pre-ordered art book from Naniiebim, who did an awesome sketch of me in my red tunic and pith Satoshi Kon's 'Opus' manga A rather nice mechanical watch (black dial, visible mech) Pocky. Lots and lots of pocky. A nice pair of metal goggles, red lenses* Genki Gear 'Robot Overlords' tee Red & black leather satchel** Box of cupcakesomnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnomnom... 2 mugs for Kitteh-kun Emergency Tea Kit (to hang off my belt with the UtiliTEA cup/saucer holster) * my 'payment' for making up 100-odd sets of assorted goggles on Thursday evening for sale on the steampunk trade stand... there were just 4 pairs left by the end of Sunday ** present for Shelley, made by the supremely talented Broadarrow Jack (one of our steampunk friends) Shelley bought a kimono, a silver pendant, a couple of GNs and a pair of blue metal goggles (just the right shade of blue to match her 'splodin' Tardis dress). |

A Microkorg XL  Found it in a local cash converters for £130 instead of around £300, very, very light to carry and fully working but it's missing a gooseneck microphone so I can't use it as a vocoder until I get a replacement one so no bad attempts at Kraftwerk for the time being. |
