Also got a bunch of clothes from Uniqlo while I was down there (due to the stupid lack of stores outside of London/Bluewater).

A lot of parcel arrived today but it was mostly christmas presents for the family. Also got some new wellies and bought a new waterproof coat from Millets. But here is what was delivered for me. Just realised I never posted my MCM London haul - mostly comics and gn, but I did also pick up some anime: Flowers of Evil collection DVD (YES!! I hadn't realised this awesome series had got an official release here  ) Girls und Panzer OVA collection DVD Kokoro Connect collection DVD Last weekend's MCM Brum... very little. Picked up the remaining 2 Funko Pop Firefly figures I needed (Zoe and Mal, £15 the pair!) to complete the set (Wash, Kaylee and Jayne were bought from the US via ebay for a similar cost per figure) and a leather goggles kit from one of the steampunk makers we know. Oh... and a beautiful set of hand-forged cutlery from another maker we know. And finally, my first 'MyGeekBox' arrived on Friday last (actually... two identical boxes turned up... have queried it with MGB!) with a tee, scarf, comic and stuffs. |

Recent delivery of a new toy train - £288's-worth of a brand new model from a brand new company... possibly the best ready-to-run UK loco yet produced, complete with superb on-board sound and a very high level of detail. Easily my most expensive single toytrain purchase by a factor of at least 2.
Worth it though. Just have to forgo some other shiny for a few months.
