I dont know Arrow was only a week behind America and went on all the same breaks the US did and that did well over here. If Channel 4 has a problem they could sell it over to Sky like they did with Glee.
Well...only month to go from today when it first airs in America.

Network tv is a different beast to sky living where ratings dont really matter as much due to the monthly subs, the combination of random breaks and the month or more break from december through about feb or even march is what could kill it ratings wise(if they dont auto kill via putting it on t4 or something else equally dumb.
It's also possible they'll skip channel 4 for e4(at least for the first run) in which case the breaks may not be a big deal.

Likely hood is More 4 then E4. Still there isn't any official word on which Channel 4 channel gets it unless they really did mean Channel 4 rather then the network of channels they have.
So of course in America they're really selling the fact that Joss Whedon is behind this show:

It was better than I'd anticipated, with some nice touches here and there (and some plain, or plane*, daft ones), some lovely throwaway one-liners and an overall enjoyable watch. Will definitely be following. *the trailing pair of engines... right in line of the efflux from the inboard leading pair... riiiiight...  |

Yeah I like it though there have been some people complaining that they're too young as Agents ^_^ I can see their points but its still an enjoyable show by my book  There is also going to be after the credit bits at the end of the episode or at least for Episode 2. |

Got the first 4 dl'd so im going to rewatch the first 3 and watch 4 later today i think and see how they flow as a batch.
hopefully they develop a recurring guest cast as it goes along so its not just the same set up, mocking bird and a couple of others beign added as recurring extras would be cool.
