*sigh* what an idiot I am. On Star Trek Online I had a Mark XIV Phaser Array a real good one.....and I accidently discarded it! Try appealing to a GM they sometimes restore items deleted in error. Maybe claim a young relative did it by mistake. nah Cryptic are really notorious for not doing that sort of thing So.....just saw myself log onto Skype.............what the hell?

If I was a GM and someone said a young relative did it, I would be more enclined to laugh my ^^^ off and not help them.

So then, firstly, an apology for not being on here for what feels like ages, secondly, how's everyone doing?.
I hope you are all doing well.

Yeah not to bad, had fun last Saturday at the London Expo. My little sister just passed her driving license and has now got a car. Mean while I'm trying to make England's next Eutovision entry a Jpop style.

A bit up and down for me at the mo... had some really enjoyable weekends recently (MCM Lahndahn and a toytrainshow up in Burton) both of which involved catching up with friends, beer, steampunk, trains and fun. But that's countered by the grind of work, battles with the RMT and management, wasted work and a general feeling of meh regarding work (which I usually enjoy)

I managed to see my first march yesterday. Only a small church one but as they were marching past the flats I thought I should wait for them to pass especially as I was walking past the assembly point at the Orange Hall and looking out of place with my rucksack full of shopping (ever seen footage of the camera operator trying to catch the moment but not get involved?, that was me). The boss promised that he would make my first twelth a good one and then promptly booked his family on a med cruise, I must be going as hand luggage but he hasn't said anything yet. So I've made other arrangements for the twelth and ended up helping the Orange Order with a senior Mason doing refreshments for the marchers.
I'm thinking of doing this little joke, If they ever talk of the evils of Popery, I will ask "What do you have against dried flowers?".
I'll win them over with that one I think.

Sooooo..., with the Summer 2014 anime streaming thread still being stuck... And the Spring 2015 not, suggests I haven't been on the forum a great deal in the past few months.....
No excuse appart from being tired from me... :/

I'm so glad last week has passed. I swear it pretty much sucked all week last week right from day one on the Monday. Hopefully this week I wont have any issues and I can cost to my birthday on Saturday ^_^

Sadly my bosses have been keeping me busy with this thing called work. As I'm now working 5 1/2 days with this week rising to a possible 7 days because they have decided to open a new shop (with a further 4 more by December).
All this while keeping to the same production timetable, which means that everything will have to be done by Tuesday.
Work is so easy if you don't have to do it.

Holy Cr*p it's July o.O;;
In some ways I'm glad June is over. I mean I had a nice birthday and everything but there were a couple of weeks were things just sucked all over. The panic attack I had 2 weeks ago really sucked and was a bit of an eye opener to what I want to do job wise.
Next week for me the funfair will be in town and by that I mean just across the road in the Park.

Why are so many things coming out at the same time for me? I only have so much money these days but at least 3 things I want are coming out so close to one and another that its getting hard to pre-order things at the moment -_- I want the book Armada which is coming out around the same time as Prison School, Vol. 1 and Patlabor Mobile Police OVA Series 2 Collection. Which also kind of annoys me as Patlabor was meant to come out already but it was pushed back to Monday. I've just re-checked looks like Prison School Vol 1 was also pushed back to the 21st so maybe it wouldn't have been to bad for me to keep it as a pre-order.

^This is why unless if something is limited edition and will actually sell out quickly, not be stocked in some warehouse for another year, I tend to just buy it when it is cheap enough, I have enough DVDs and Blu-rays to last me a year or two just watching a couple of episodes a day that I don't have to rush for it and often get them for a fraction of the price, especially UK Anime releases that I scoop up a couple of times a year at the London Comic Con where I've saved a couple hundred pounds on some occasions, nearly enough to pay for the whole trip to London. Just try doing that. OK, you'll be behind other people on the new releases but you'll get a lot more value for your money. --- Went to a music shop that stocks synths yesterday and ended up on one that has a similar control panel to the classic Minimoog. Had no f**king idea what I was doing with all the dials but it was fun. "he he, dials and buttons"

^This is why unless if something is limited edition and will actually sell out quickly, not be stocked in some warehouse for another year, I tend to just buy it when it is cheap enough, Even when they're limited edition, they still stick around for some time anyway, Garden of Sinners was meant to only meant to have something like 1000 (or was it 2000) units and that's still for sale, the only company that offers truly limited editions seems to be Anime Limited, but even they bring out a standard edition after the first run of Limited's have been sold
Well, that was Manchester done for, and I'm not sure what to make of it, apart from being crazy busy making it impossible to actually buy anything, the hall seemed pretty dull/poorly lit so it didn't really have the same Con feeling B'Ham gave me. I'm planning to go to the B'ham con at the end of the year so I'll have a better comparison then Also this happened:
