Final Fantasy XIII-2 on PC Finished my first play through earlier. Superb game as always, but unfortunately it's not very well optimized. Berserk: Millennium Falcon on PS2 I finally got round to patching this, kinda nice being able to understand what's going on. It's such an awesome game!

To the Moon on PC - I bloody love this game. It's brilliant from start to finish, easily the best £1.99 I've ever spent in my life. 10/10 Would cry again!
I wasn't going to bother buying, but I was sold when I herd the soundtrack. As soon as I finished, I went to the developers site and bought a Music Box!
A Bird Story on PC - It's not on the same level as To the Moon, but it was still a lovely game to play.
Ys: Memories of Celceta on the Vita - I haven't played too much of this, think I've put in about 7 hours so far and it's really nice. It feels a bit like Star Ocean at times, but that's not a bad thing.

Passed 500 hours on Animal Crossing: New Leaf. I want my badge, Mr Phineas.
Nearing Wii U Bayonetta's end. Cracking conversion, but that Space Harrier level is still rubbish.
Also Ducktales on PSN. The game keeps stopping almost every minute for a cutscene to occur. It's maddening. Metal Duck Tales Solid. Was really great to hear (most of) the original cast again, though. Props to that if nothing else.
Also PS3 Duke Nukem 3D. Duke Nukem 3D... Duke 3D. I've always loved it...
from way back in 1996.

Captain America: Super Soldier - PS3
I was babysitting my Marvel mad nephew yesterday, and this is what we spent our time playing. This was the first time I'd played it on PS3, and it is not as smooth as the 360 version, but it's still pretty awesome. It's certainly a gem.

Passed 500 hours on Animal Crossing: New Leaf. I want my badge, Mr Phineas. And this is never going to happen now since transferring data to my New 3DS made it corrupt. 500+ hours... gone. Nearly 100 K.K. Slider concerts visited... gone. Most golden furniture... gone. Nearly completed encyclopedias... gone. *Hits the bottle*

I finally got round to playing Under Defeat on PS3
It's far from my favorite shooter, but it's a good time waster.
Got Resident Evil on PS1 this week, couldn't resist sticking it in my console and turning the lights off. I remember how scary it was back in the day, but unfortunately it doesn't quite hold up. It's still loads of fun mind you, and the voice acting is beyond awesome.

Resident Evil 1, 2 & 3 on PS1 I ended up going through all three this weekend. It's the first time I've beaten them and I honestly didn't even expect to finish 1. I was quite surprised by them, 1 was good, but 2 & 3 were something else!

Lets see been playing Dragon Ball Xenoverse which was.... ok I guess nothing special and not really worth replaying again after beating the main story. In fact I just traded it in today at GAME. I got £25 off a £24.99 game and almost got myself a gift card worth one whole penny.
Mean while on Steam I've been playing "If my heart had wings" or at least from what I can tell the cut version of it. A fun game and kind of long for a visual novel too. I have finished it just yesterday fully and I'm kind of bummed its over.... I think I got too attached to the story/characters.

DmC: Definitive on PS4 Love it! I had great fun playing through to get the plat trophy. I can't get to grips with the standard gameplay though, used Turbo mode for the most part as it's closer to what I'm used to. Type-0 HD on PS4 I got the plat for this earlier, and have started up my second play through. It's nice to play one of my favorites on the big screen. I personally feel like it should have been a Vita game instead, but let's just be happy it's here! I highly recommend this game to any Final Fantasy fan who hasn't played it before. You're missing out on some awesomeness! The motion blur can be enough to put you off, but persevere as you'll get used to it. The aiming can also be a bit strange at first, especially with flying enemies but you get to grips with that eventually.

Finished The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. The worst of the main series. CONTROLS. CONTROLS. CONTROLS. Touch screen only controls mean when you want Link to attack, he'll sometimes move instead. Also couple with that the UI cluttering the sides of the screen, and sometimes when you need to attack, you press the menu (or train's whistle) instead. The camera is intrusive sometimes, not allowing you to see further than you actually need to, so thus a few switches remain out of your sight or making the train journeys a clusterfluff when you need to attack or swing the camera around. The final dungeon was also obtuse and scrappy, needing you to use the correct phantom for a very certain bit... that and the inanely stupid... {Spoiler}hole in the wall in the pitch darkness thing which is only given as a hint if you talk to a phantom with Phantom Zelda - but they usually just say inane stuff like 'When's my shift over?' and'Man, I'm tired of walking around.' So why would you think any different here to talk to them? Also the repetition and backtracking it had. Poor stuff, Nintendo. Frustrating. And that's a real shame, since when it does things RIGHT, it does them VERY RIGHT indeed. Some of the puzzles and bosses are truly excellent... and could only be done with the touch controls. But they can be frustrating beyond belief. So it's a catch 22 situation with Spirit Tracks - it is what it is BECAUSE it is what it is. Changing the input method would radically change the game. It's a massive let down because there are some really cracking ideas in here. Got cheesed off so much with it in the final dungeon and beyond that I openly used a guide just to get it finished. 4/10. Control and obtuse sections ruin the finale to the Wind Waker trilogy (Then again, I wasn't that keen on Phantom Hourglass and Wind Waker, either).

Van Helsing on PS2 I was quite surprised to find out this had a similar play style to DMC, but it's nowhere near as difficult. It took an entire 1 hour and 50 minutes to play through this morning, and to be honest I can see myself picking it up again.

Star Ocean: First Departure on PSP
I gave this a run through earlier in the week, loved it to bits. I struggled with the last boss, but it made things a little more interesting.
Bayonetta 2 on Wii U
I got this at launch, played a little and then put it down. I decided to start again with it last night, ended up playing from start to finish. It was a nice change to what I have been playing lately.

Freedom Planet
An indie platformer on Steam. And it's brilliant. Really, really brilliant.
This is effectively Sonic the Hedgehog 4: WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. Even the oxygen bubble sound is similar.
But platformers live or die on their level design and this is top notch indeed. With plenty of secret cards per level to find to unlock music and art. Add in fluid, precise controls, very Mega Drive-esk graphics and a op notch soundtrack (beyond the Mega Drive's capabilities) and you have an indie platform game that's far better than some full price platformer releases (cough, cough, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze).
Currently about £3.50 on Steam... GET TO IT!
Also, fittingly, it's soon to be released on the Wii U.

I just finished the main storyline of Dying light and Im moving onto the Xbone release of Saints Row 4 now (also yesterday i bought Never alone, Just Dance 2015 and Trivial Pursuit Live. Played JD and TPL with the other half when the lil one went to sleep and was the most fun we've had in a while)

Onechanbara Z2 Chaos on PS4
Just got the platinum for this after a 15 hour sitting.
It's a crap load of fun, and it's not too difficult. I didn't really have any problems with it, if anything I found it to be more or less the same on Medium/Hard.
