So I've been thinking about upcoming games some I'm excited about and some I'm not as much as I'd like to be. I'm looking forward to Injustice: Gods Among Us, I've been reading the comic that leads up to this game and i can say its pretty good. Can't quite decide if I'll buy a normal edition or one of the special editions at about £40+ depending on which one i go for.
However i wish i could say that I'm excited about Assassin's Creed 4 but after the 3's ending i cant say that i am at all. Maybe it will be better than i hope but i need to see more before i can decide either way. Its unlike any other year that a new Assassin's Creed been out when all i needed to see was one trailer to know i wanted it. I know this new one will be Pirate themed and that of course the ship battles from the third game will be the main game play for this one but i cant say i was that big of a fan of that so its not a selling point for me. So as i said wont be pre-ordering this game any time soon.
I'm not sure how i feel about Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII –, I liked Final Fantasy XIII and i did get the sequel Final Fantasy XIII-2 but i didn't really like it and i haven't even finished it yet but i do wonder if i want to get the new one. Its one of those things that think the sequel might be better than the previous one but I'm still unsure.
I will be getting Grand Theft Auto V as soon as its out as it looks good. Just wish it had stuck with its original release date but i don't mind waiting to get it and I'm sure I'd even get it next year if it had been pushed back as far as that. I wonder if they'll do to it what they sort of did to IV were they split the game up between three different characters but basically you play through the game three times and you basically see it through three different view points.
Then there's Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, now with these I'll have to buy a 3DS and that's fine because I've wanted a 3DS but i didn't quite have a reason to get one. Sadly I get the feeling this really will be the PS Vita's coffin as so far i haven't seen a single reason to buy a Vita unlike the 3DS were even before Pokémon X and Pokémon Y I did see games i wanted more or less straight away but at the time i couldn't afford to get one but now i will save up to get one even if its used unlike the Vita were i think....meh. Anyway Pokémon X and Pokémon Y is probably the same game as it always has been just in 3D and yet I'll still buy it and love and be excited to play it still. Yet if any other game did the same thing over and over it wouldn't do nearly as well.
So is there any future game releases you guys want to talk about either because you're sure that you want it or maybe you're like me you're not quite sure about it for one reason or another. Talk about them here ;D
