As I'm the first poster for this one I'll just keep it simple, like me.
I've been reading B Gata H Kei Yamada's first time which I didn't know was a Manga.
It's not my fault I'm not popular, quite a funny and sad Manga that is certainly the most accurate slice of life that I've seen in a long time.

Recently read:
BTOOOM! - exactly as per the recent anime version (and I mean exactly!) vol 1 covering eps 1-2 (and a bit of 3), but nicely done, retains the suspense and action of the anime.
Durarara! Vols 1-3. Hmmm... enjoyed the frenetic insanity of the anime, but the manga version is leaving me cold and rather bored...
Knights of Sidonia vol 1 - latest work from the awesome Nihei (BLAME!, NOiSE, Biomega), was a little taken aback to find it was a mecha series (I stopped enjoying mecha a long, long time ago) but the stunning artwork hooked me and the story (angsty, thought-provoking, interesting) reeled me in. And there's a talking bear!! Fantastic!

Well I've read all 300 chapters of B Gata H Kei and I have to say that it wasn't a waste of time. I'm sure that a few people will not be able to get past the basics of the plot but as the story develops it actually becomes quite a heart warming about two people struggling to become adults while dealing with teenage angst.
I really doubt that the Manga will ever make it here which is such a shame as I would recommend it to others but only if you're willing to look at it in a mature way.

Attack on titan: damn good story but the art is abit crappy as the author is new i believe, i hear the art improves as the story progesses though so i can give it the benefit of the doubt(plus with the anime version starting in april its obviously good enough to stick with).

Theres currently 4 volumes of the manga available with 3 more due before the end of the year so plenty of time to pick it up before the show gets a uk licence(which hopefully isnt KaZe so we can get a decent release and not 4 sets massively overpriced like tiger and bunny and persona)

as i said its a damn good story(pretty original) but the art is abit cack at first...tbh if your not sure about it maybe wait on the anime and see what you think of the story there first before checking the manga.

Actually today I read the first 15 chapters (the way I'm reading it is in displayed by chapters). And yes the art is a pants to start with and I thought the story was lacking at first as I kind of felt that this was nothing new to me and was actually considering jacking it in, then the story started taking a different turn and I thought to myself this actually isn't too bad. I think that I'll continue to have a look at this series as I think they have listed some 50 chapters so far but a few of them are repeats which most likely doesn't exist in the actual releases. The Anime is something that I will have to check out and if it continues to keep me interested then I think that I will get legit books and support the team.

Read an interesting 4 panel Manga called Seitokai Yakuindomo. Not exactly what you would call refined more a sort of British toilet humour which compared to some of the stuff I read is an improvement. Noodle. |

Read a 9 chapter H Manga today. If I had pressed the blue "more" button at the start and got the rest of the info I wouldn't have bothered with it. Wasn't even erotic, just ended up being totally gross. It was like they got a total perv to describe their ideal fantasy and everyone else looked at the floor in silence.

I really wouldn't know about that side of Manga as I'm a good boy when I decide to behave myself ;D.
Started reading 090 Eko to Issho. Looks to be a fun little series with my kind of warped storyline.
I'm putting Attack on Titan on hold as I think the anime is starting soon so I don't want to get ahead if they are different.
