After 10 days of holiday eating (all meals were paid for on holiday which was nice) mostly proper Chinese food [so different to the "western" Chinese you get in the UK], I need to get to the gym.
Although hopefully as I did quite a bit of walking around it won't have all hit my belly

Oh, that fitness hype has returned. I'm currently back to the exercise bike, doing 22-26km most days. It's not a lot, but when I've spent my entire day charging around at work, I can't ask anymore of myself.

I'm 1 pound away from getting my 5 stone award at Slimming World. I'm on holiday from work now so i'll be going to the gym everyday for about an hour or two.

Well, to my surprise I've been sticking to the bike. I had to turn it down a notch though as I was starting to struggle at work. I've went from most days to more or less every other day, which has helped me get into a routine.
Last week I put jeans on and they just barely stayed up, so I guess I gotta be doing something right. I'm not too overly concerned by my weight but knocking a little off is never too bad. I haven't even bothered to weigh myself, might do so in the coming weeks though just so I can see what the difference is.

I do that jogging thing. Was on twice a week, but now have it reduced to just one. There's a gorgeous 5.9km jog down by the Thames nearby, and that is truly spectacular doing so on summer evenings. But there's another jog that's 6.5km and involves hills and a total of about 1 hour and 10 minutes completion time. Did it in the spitting rain yesterday, felt so atmospheric. I'm actually just under 11 stone now and have been shouted at by friends to eat chips with mayonnaise But... I do it for recreation now and enjoy every minute. The weight loss thing is a bonus.
