We have a 48 hour amber wind warning, gusts in the 50s, in place from 10PM until Wednesday afternoon. Currently belting down so looks like a nasty couple of days where I am. Link |

Had some pretty strong gusts today over here. The structure I was in felt like it was going to lift off but I'm glad it didn't as that would have meant playing Dorothy and Toto too and I just can't multi task.

I don't want to sound ungrateful but this weather sucks. Reached 30c yesterday where I was (and that was with cool air coming from the sea!) and it's just making my condition intolerable.
Last night at about 11 had the windows wide open due to the heat but then it started with thunder and lightning along with hailstones the size of golf balls battering the conservatory roof outside my window.
