Our cat thermometer said 37 earlier and that was in the shade. Just checked it now and it says 20. Noodle.

Got an RP group today (so 6 nerds bunched in a room that's normally hot anyway) 16 degrees at present, expected highs of 29...
6 hours, stuck in my front room in that heat?... someone kill me now.

Oh god we really are British arent we? I mean we're talking about the weather.... Next it will be about Tea, Cricket, The Royal Family and ques Mind you the weather has been a tad hotter then expected. Least last year we had bouts of rain in-between hot flashes. Also too stuffy to sleep at the moment. We have the windows open at the moment but the funfair has been in town since Thursday so that's pretty much all we can hear at the moment. Finishes tonight so wont be much of a problem for long.

Well the stuffiness really isn't helping me. 2 hours of sleep last night. Can see the same happening tonight. Not going to help me school work tomorrow :/ And on top of that I have double P.E. tomorrow...

I got invited for tea with a member of the royal family, I had to queue for ages in the sun, lucky for me someone was next to me who talked about the cricket (Made up btw)

Too damn hot.
We had 45 deg C showing on the garden thermometer Saturday afternoon... that was in direct sunlight though. We were taking shelter in the shade of the trees, with 2 x 18 pint kegs (Rebellion's Blonde and XX) to keep us refreshed through the afternoon.

And on top of that I have double P.E. tomorrow... It's better to do PE during this weather,,, unless its in the first few period's,, then urgh,, take deodorant I used to do track running instead of actural PE back in school (teachers allowed me and 2 others to do so) Running in this weather took alot more endurance than normal so it helped me alot when it came to longer distance although first year I kinda went a bit too far.. Ended up in the nurces office Kinda wish I didn't start smoking now

With health and safety, any risk to the kids means your PE lesson will be something "low-impact" inside.
After-all, can't have the kids getting burnt, the parents might sue the school.
