Quite a good episode, although it's a boring new car.

Quite a good episode, although it's a boring new car. I still wonder what "Life time warrenty" really is. Plus I wouldnt be supprised if about 40% of car faults are driver caused and proberly not covered under warrenty anyway

It's a lifetime warranty upto 100,000 miles or the lifetime of the car
But GM are buggers are tyring to claim faults are "wear and tear" which they don't cover

So far to me it's worse than the last series, which was worse than the one before, .... - I find the only real reason I watch TG is for the special trips - and then only the ones they take seriously most of the time, such as Vietnam, Bolivia, Kayalami, ....
Sure I know it's not been a motoring program since it's relaunch, but rather a lads mag, but it's viewing numbers have been dropping over time and even their main producer admitted a few years back that it needed a revamp.

It's not been a motoring program for a good few years, more light entertainment.
If you want a motoring show you need 5th gear, last seen on discovery channel.

5th gears problem is its not entertaining enough so you find yourself clock watching during the episodes wondering how long its been on for(the presenters are abit monotonous at time aswell which doesnt help), at least with TG you can watch it knowing they're a bunch of big kids and it's barely ever boring...i do prefer the trip parts best though as the rest could use abit of an overhaul to make things abit fresher.

I would get rid of the celebrity every week.
Barring a couple, all the guests seem to do is promote a new film/book/CD/TV show etc.

It's a good time to catch up/fast forward if watching it on a time delay.
I normally try and have dinner for around 8pm on Sundays for Top Gear
It's pretty much the only program (bar news) which I watch live.

I knew Spain was bad with brand new housing not being used/airports etc, but not that bad.
